Jobs enter the system

Pending

When a vehicle arrives or an appointment is confirmed, a repair order is created and enters the Workboard as Pending. The job is logged, assigned context, and ready for the team to pick up.

Work begins

In Progress

A technician is assigned, a bay is allocated, and the clock starts. Services, parts, and notes are tracked in real time as the work moves forward. Everyone sees the same live status.

Work is complete

Invoiced

Once the repair is finished, the order moves to Invoiced. Labor, parts, and any additional charges are compiled automatically. The customer is notified and the invoice is ready for review.

Job is closed

Paid
